Zack Shier is the plant healthcare (PHC) manager for Joseph Tree in Dublin, Ohio and has been with the company for 10 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in forest ecosystem management from The Ohio State University, is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA), and has his ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ).
